New Idea published photos of Schapelle shopping for baby supplies at Kmart in Brisbane, Queensland.

The exclusive pictures also show the 42-year-old wearing a sparkling ring on her wedding finger, revealing that she might also be engaged to the Indonesian surfer.

According to New Idea, Schapelle took her time browsing for baby supplies, examining a number of tiny baby clothes before eventually selecting a number of neutral-coloured onesies.

Schapelle also browsed the toy aisle and even picked up a baby bath and several blankets.

While no baby bump could be seen under her baggy clothes, she was seen placing a protective hand over her stomach – a telltale sign that she is expecting.

The infamous Aussie was sporting a diamond ring on her wedding finger, igniting rumours that she was engaged to Ben – who she met at Kerobokan Prison during a church service while they were both serving time for drug smuggling offences in 2006.

Schapelle claimed they were “hoping to become pregnant” while on holiday in Phuket, Thailand in April.

At the time, Schapelle shared a sweet snap with the 38-year-old, which showed the couple holding hands on Nai Yang Beach.

“‘He is my Four Leaf clover; hard to find & lucky to have,” Schapelle posted alongside the picture.

The accused drug smuggler frequently shares her love for Ben through social media posts and previously told an Australian publication about her hopes of one day having a miracle baby.

Ben is unable to enter Australia due to his criminal record, complicating matters for the expecting couple.

Due to her 2005 drug trafficking conviction in Denpasar, Bali – when 4.1kg of marijuana was found wrapped in plastic inside her boogie board bag – it was believed that she couldn’t return to Indonesia.

Drug criminals are usually banned from re-entering Indonesia once they have completed their sentence.

For example, Renae Larence from the Bali Nine – who was released from prison last year – is not permitted to return.

However, Schapelle is able to return to Indonesia if she chooses but doesn’t feel “comfortable” doing so yet.

Instead, she and Ben meet in countries where visas are not required, for just “two precious weeks a year.”
