A natural beauty, Home and Away actress Sophie Dillman’s smile lights up the room. She’s got a newfound confidence, which she credits to Chief and Em, the trainers behind Osher Gunsberg, James Stewart and Guy Sebastian.
“I love a new challenge and meeting new people. I saw how fit and happy Jimmy [James Stewart] got after working with them and I wanted to see if I could do that, too.”
While training has changed her body, Dillman’s goal was never to drop lots of weight. “I don’t want to be super skinny, I want to be strong,” she says. “The biggest thing I’ve noticed, I look more how I felt beforehand. I’m leaner and I’m stronger.”
Dillman, 25, also hopes to inspire her younger fans. “The people I look up to the most are independent, self-empowered women and I hope I can be of a similar influence.”
