As soon as news broke that the extremely popular novel Red, White & Royal Blue would be made into a movie, fans had one question and one question only – who would be playing Prince Henry and the first son of the United States, Alex Claremont-Diaz?
As we inched our way closer to the premiere date, we quickly found out that Nicholas Galitzine and Taylor Zakhar Perez would be playing the titular roles, and it’s safe to say fans were impressed with the book-to-screen castings.
Who is Taylor Zakhar Perez?
Taylor is a 31-year-old actor who was born in Illinois. He is best known for his role in The Kissing Booth 2 and The Kissing Point 3 as well as Minx.
Early in his career he also guest starred on popular shows including iCarly and Scandal.
Who is Taylor Zakhar Perez dating?
Taylor keeps much of his private life out of the public eye, but appears to be single at the moment.
In 2020 fans suspected that he was dating his The Kissing Booth costar Joey King after they were spotted on holiday together, however, he confirmed in a GQ interview that they were just friends.
“Joey King and I are not dating,” Taylor revealed. “I love her dearly, but no, we are not dating. We might take trips together, but no.”
Following news that Taylor was cast as Alex Claremont-Diaz, the bisexual son of the American president in Red, White & Royal Blue, many fans had questions about the actor’s sexuality, however, he has never spoken publically about his sexual orientation.
