WATCH the moment that had fans shocked by the drama levels on The Super Switch

SO. MUCH. DRAMA

It’s barely even begun, but already Channel Seven’s The Super Switch is in the running to become one of the most dramatic reality TV shows to hit our screens.

The Super Switch is a social experiment in which troubled couples switch partners in a desperate attempt to save their relationships.

On last night’s episode an almighty fight broke out between two couples, making Channel Nine’s Married At First Sight’s infamous dinner party showdown look like child’s play.

After it was discovered that switch partners Christie Cassar and Tyler Franko had shared a bed together on the first night of the experiment, a fiery debate ensued between the other contestants.

‘I don’t think sharing a bed is a very big issue,’ said Tyler, explaining that they’d slept with a pillow between them.

Meanwhile, Lachlan Petch – who had chosen not to share the same bed with his switch partner, Neesha Macleod – seemed alarmed.

‘That’s after 24 hours, what about three weeks?’ asked Lachlan. ‘How relaxed is it gonna be then? There’ll be a G-string in the middle!’

‘Sharing a bed with the opposite sex when you’re in a relationship, to me, is something I don’t think a lot of people would feel comfortable with,’ said Neesha.

‘I would never put [his girlfriend] Miranda through something she wouldn’t like it,’ Lachlan added.

‘For me, that’s wrong,’ he continued. ‘That would annoy the f*** out of me. It’s a f***ing pisstake, honestly. You’re not meant to sleep in a f***ing bed with another girl!’

And after Neesha labelled the couple’s sleeping arrangements as cheating, Christie lost her temper, yelling: ‘Why is it bothering you so much? Whocares what we do! It doesn’t matter, I don’t care about your opinions.’

‘To be honest, I don’t give a s*** if you care about my opinions or not,’ said Lachlan.

‘I do know that there are a lot of little trollops out there that wouldn’t think twice,’ he continued.

Christie eventually left the table in floods of tears.

‘It’s a lot to take in,’ she sobbed. ‘They’re making me feel really bad… it’s making me feel like I’ve done the wrong thing and I’m a bad girlfriend.’
