The beloved host has revealed that he lowers his voice out of respect for the devastated contestants who don’t get a rose.

“On The Bachelor, I whisper because I am essentially attending a memorial service for someone’s romantic dreams.” He joked to Mumbrella.
“Someone is getting their heart broken, so I’m very morose and very respectful of what’s happening.”
Osher said that he only talks at around “10 per cent” of “his full volume” while hosting the rose ceremonies because they are a time where one or more of the ladies is going to be feeling highly vulnerable.
It’s been a busy couple of months for the TV star. Not only has he taken on hosting duties for The Masked Singer, but he also welcomed his first child with wife Audrey Griffin – a baby boy named Wolfgang (or Wolfie for short).
