There have been many reports on whether Richard Wilkins will wake up with TODAY.
Now, Channel 9 have released a statement about the speculation.

The network released a statement to the Sydney Morning Herald.
On Monday, they said, “Richard is a valued member of the Nine and Today family.”
“He will remain with Today in 2019 and beyond.”
He will also remain with Smooth FM, who said, “There is no question of his future with Smooth, with Richard returning to the weekend lineup in 2019.”
The Sunday Telegraph recently reported Wilkins may not remain with the network.
The same report also named Peter Stefanovic, alleging the Weekend Today host “will be out of contract with employer Nine at the end of the month”.
A Nine spokesperson has denied the claims.
