Last year, Snezana shared a touching tribute of her own to Instagram, posting a heartwarming video of the couple celebrating their anniversary with an intimate dinner date.
"Together for 7 years married for 4 and I still get lost in those blue eyes, that smile and touch," she captioned the footage.
Snezana looked stunning as she wore a red sequined skirt paired with a white button-up top and clear heels.
After years of waiting, the couple finally exchanged their vows in November 2018 at the Fig Tree Restaurant in Byron Bay.
Snezana looked like a fairytale princess in her custom-made lace gown designed by Pallas Couture and Sam was just as handsome in his cream suit.
The ceremony also featured their daughters Eve and Willow, who were 13 and 1 respectively at the time, also took centre stage as bridesmaids.
The beginning of their love story is a strange one, but it is just as romantic as Snezana was the first contestant Sam laid eyes on during the third season of The Bachelor.
After Sam decided that Snezana was 'the one' in the season finale, the couple have been inseparable since.
When the winner was announced in 2015, Sam revealed to Woman's Day that "I definitely know one day I'm going to marry this woman."
And only six months after meeting, Sam dropped down to one knee and popped the question. But their plans to tie the knot in a beautiful Italian ceremony were put on hold when Snezana discovered she was pregnant with Australia's first Bachelor baby Willow Wendy Wood, born in October 2017.

Throughout the following five years, the pair have kept fans up to date with their growing family, strong relationship and wonderful post-Bachie life.
Now a family of six, the couple have recently celebrated Eve's high school graduation and Willow's sixth birthday.
