Popular dramas Teen Wolf, Pretty Little Liars and The Vampire Diaries are leaving the airwaves this year, but Fox executives have just announced that Scream Queens has also followed suit.
While the series starring Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Taylor Lautner and Billie Lourd had a successful first season, Entertainment Weekly has revealed that the second season dropped to a shocking 2.3 million viewers.
It feels as if it was a complete series,” Fox chair Gary Newman said of the poorly rated second season, reports Variety.
“We have no plans to go back and tell more stories there. We won’t be seeingScream Queens this season.”
