The Bachelor's Abbie Chatfield is known for sending audiences reeling with her underhanded maneuvers against her fellow contestants on the Channel 10 show.
She's also known for her stunning good looks, which are no doubt working on Bachelor Matt Agnew.
However, appearing on national television twice a week can't be easy - which is probably why the 23-year-old recently admitted to overhauling her diet and exercise routine after the show.
In an interview with Body and Soul this week, Abbie said that prior to joining The Bachelor, "I kind of ate what I wanted, when I wanted."
"Prior to going into the mansion, my diet was much worse than it is now," the civil engineer added.

Now, Abbie's diet involves lots of fresh food, claiming to keep her meals lighter and healthier.
The blonde bombshell reportedly eats yoghurt with frozen berries or pieces of fruit at breakfast, followed by corn thins with avocado spread for morning tea.
Abbie's idea of a healthy lunch consists of canned salmon, vegetables and a small portion of rice, and her dinner is usually a vegetarian patty or falafel wrap.
The reality star also added that her go-to sugary snack is peanut butter with dates, and has "lots of coffee in between" her meals.
While diet is the most important aspect when making healthy changes, Abbie also revealed that she works out six days a week and alternatives her form of training each time.
"I work out six days a week with a mix of HIIT, yoga, Pilates and just going for a run," she told Body and Soul.
In the interview, Abbie - who awkwardly told astrophysicist Matt that she was a Gemini on their first encounter - also revealed what her demands were in a relationship.
"In a relationship, respect is essential," Abbie explained.
"Almost every issue I have ever had in a relationship can be traced back to a lack of respect."
Could this be a hint at her journey on the show?
While sparks are flying between Abbie and Matt, last night's episode may have changed the way the Bachie sees her.
During the episode, Sogand told Matt's friend Kate that Abbie hasn't always been honest.
"There's been times where she's said a few things around the house about getting married and wanting kids, and it was nothing... it wasn't on her radar," Sogand said in her conversation with Kate.
"Minutes after, she was asked at the group date by Matt where she sees herself in the next five years and she chose "married with kids", which at that point, I was like, 'Well, how? How do you just change your mind within minutes? That's crazy'."
When Matt called his friend Kate to give some suggestions as to who should get a rose, she made a few observations about Abbie that Matt was yet to pick up on.
"Abbie seems lovely but she said in one sentence that marriage isn't necessarily the be-all and end-all for her, and then in another part of the conversation was that she'd be ready in five years," she told Matt during their debrief.
"I think she's saying what you want to hear."
Uh-oh.
The drama will continue to unfold next Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 10.
