If you’re planning to buy tickets to Ed Sheeran’s ÷ (Divide) World Tour, the tour promoter has dropped some very important information you need to know.
Frontier Touring has warned fans who have just signed up to the pre-sale that there is a serious delay in receiving your confirmation email due to the high volume of traffic to the website. (Yes, Australia loves Sheeran!)

However, this doesn’t mean you will miss out on tickets. “You should be able to log in to our website and find all your personalised details in the red MY PRE-SALE INFO section of Ed Sheeran’s tour page” using the log-in information you used when signing up.
