Who is Jeremy Allen White?
Jeremy Allen White is an American actor who has been working since 2006.
The son of two former stage actors, Jeremy worked in a casting agency while in high school.
The 32-year-old grew up in Brooklyn and was a dancer as a child - he studied ballet, jazz and tap before deciding to switch to acting as a teenager.
What else has Jeremy starred in?
Jeremy is best known for his role as Lip Gallagher in the long-running TV show, Shameless.
Playing Lip for 11 seasons of the show, Jeremy quickly became a fan favourite thanks to his character’s reckless yet loyal personality.
He has also starred in the 2018 comedy-drama After Everything, 2020 horror movie The Rental and 2013 comedy Movie 43.
Is Jeremy Allen White single?
Jeremy tied the knot with his partner, Addison Timlin in 2019.
The couple originally met in high school when they were both only 14 and started dating three years later.
The couple took to Instagram to share pictures of their wedding celebrations, including snaps of their matching jackets that read “till death.”
The jackets also said, “Buddy + Billy” which are apparently their pet names for each other.
In May 2023, news broke that the couple were separating after more than a decade together.
While neither Jeremy nor Addison have commented on the reason for their split, a source told ET that they had attempted to work things out before calling it quits.
"Jeremy Allen White and Addison were having trust issues during their relationship, that ultimately led to their divorce. They were attempting to work things out, but things became increasingly difficult for them, and they decided to split."
Does Jeremy Allen White have children?
Jeremy and Addison share two children together - Ezer, their three-year-old daughter and Dolores their one-year-old daughter.
Taking to Instagram in December 2020, the couple announced the birth of their daughter, writing that “she is the answer to 100 prayers and we are in love with her.”
