There’s no doubt about it, Bindi Irwin is an absolute national treasure – but now the wildlife conservationist is being recognised ahead of International Women’s Day, with toy company Mattel, creating a Barbie doll inspired by the star.

While Irwin has been featured in Barbie collections in the past, this one is her most important one to date as it is the doll’s first however this feminist range.

Among the #MoreRoleModels collections, Irwin is joined by iconic artist Frida Kahlo, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim and pioneering piolet Amelia Earhart.
