Alisha Aitken-Radburn, one half of our favourite Bachelor couples, has penned a loving tribute to her fiancée, Glenn Smith, given that the pair will be spending Christmas apart.
Alisha posted a video montage to Instagram last night, featuring some of her best moments with Glenn in recognition of their time apart.
“Hard being away from this one this Christmas 😞 but will get to spend Chrissy with some of the Smiths in Sydney and a big silver lining in reconnecting with all of my incredible friends,” she penned.
“Here’s some of my favourite moments from my favourite person. Can’t wait to do 2022 with you @glennsmith87.”
Glenn responded in a comment below her caption.
“Love you and miss you so much! Most devastated you get to wake up Christmas morning opening presents with Harry and Archie,” he commented.
While Alisha is in Sydney for Christmas, Glenn has likely stayed in his native Perth.
Fans of the loved-up pair left comments of support for the pair.
“I’m apart from my partner at Christmas too! 😢 So I know them feels ❤️❤️❤️ hope you’re together again soon,” one shared.
“You’re so lucky, he seems like such a top bloke! ❤️,” another penned.
“Love you mates- Glenn you are too good for this world ❤️,” wrote a friend of Alisha’s.
Alisha and Glenn, who met and fell in love on Bachelor in Paradise, have fast become favourites from the franchise, sharing their sweet and genuine love for all to see on social media.
This is their first Christmas as an engaged couple, so their sadness at being separated makes a lot of sense!
Glenn proposed to Alisha in October this year in their home town of Perth, with the pair taking to Instagram to announce the happy news.
“MEET MY FIANCE!” Alisha wrote. “13.10.21 – Sunset at South Perth Foreshore. My heart is bursting,” she shared.
“She said yes! 💍 I get to marry my dream girl and best friend! Words can’t express how happy I am, Not just today but every day! The moment I met you in Fiji I knew you were the one. I love you ❤️ @alisha.aitkenradburn,” Glenn wrote in his own post.
Alisha and Glenn met on the 2020 season of Bachelor in Paradise. When Alisha walked in, she seemingly only had eyes for Glenn, and the pair hit it off immediately.
While Alisha had a career as a political staffer in Sydney, she soon up and moved to Perth to be with her new beau.
Prior to their engagement, Alisha was already speaking about their plans to have kids.
“It was just me and my mum growing up and Glenn has such a big family. I want my kids and grandchildren to all be running around,” she told WHO.
