She may be one of the most recognisable faces of The Bachelor franchise, but Brittany Hockley’s latest hair transformation is making us take a second look.
The 36-year-old, who recently announced her engagement to Ben Siegrist, took to Instagram to debut her new look and fans were shocked to see the Aussie star’s usual long dark locks gone.

“Who is she!” she shared on Instagram, revealing her new strawberry blonde look was a “spontaneous decision.”
“Went in for highlights, but the strawberry blonde gods had other plans (and I’m not mad about it!),” she explained alongside a video of the transformation process. “I’m guilty of a spontaneous decision and, tbh they don’t always work out, but I think this one did! So many endless possibilities of blonde and never thought I’d see myself with this strawberry hue. The shine is SO vibrant and I’m obsessed.”

Whilst some fans questioned if the ‘strawberry blonde’ was actually more of a red hue, the new look was a hit with Hockley’s fans, who rushed to the comment section to compliment the change.
“This is the best colour on you yet!” wrote one fan. “Looks fantastic! You can pull off any colour,” added another.
Shortly after debuting her new look, Hockley took to Instagram once again to showcase new headshots, with her new colour front and centre. Alongside the new snaps, she revealed close friend Mitch Churi believed her new look was reminiscent of Fiona in Shrek and asked her fans what her new look reminded them of.
Fans flooded the comment section with their lookalikes, suggesting the new look was reminding them of Isla Fisher, Donna from Suits, Daphne from Scooby Doo and even Geri from the Spice Girls.

After sharing the new photos, Hockley took to her Instagram stories to remind audiences that the shoot took a lot of effort, admitting she “will likely never look like this again.”
“I will likely never look like this again so I would like to bask in this luscious moment,” she wrote. “Please let it be known this took makeup, hair, a photographer, lighting, literally an entire team and it’s a sad realisation that I’ll probably never be able to style my hair this beautifully again.”
“So enjoy it before I go back to my safety of a ‘slick back bun,’ she cheekily added.
