Is Chace Crawford in a relationship?

Despite the cosy-looking photos of Chase and Kelsey, the pair have yet to respond to the rumours. However, that hasn’t stopped fans from quickly jumping to the assumption that they are indeed dating.

But, Chase remaining tight-lipped on his current relationship status comes as no surprise – the actor has long kept details of his private life out of the public eye, sharing only a handful of details about his love life over the years.

In 2024 he did share with Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast about what he looked for in a relationship – admitting humour and banter was the way to his heart.

“The danger is if you connect right away with a sense of humour, at least for me,” he confessed. “Like if you have a rapport and can kind of banter, and give each other s–t. I’m like, ‘Oh, I gotta watch out.'”

Who is Chace Crawford’s ex?

Throughout the years, Chase has been romantically linked to a few women in Hollywood including Carrie Underwood and even a Gossip Girl co-star.

He was briefly linked to the country music star in 2007 before news of their split broke the following year. He dated actress Rachelle Goulding in 2013 and briefly dated The Hills star Audrina Patridge the following year, before embarking on a long-term relationship with Blood and Oil co-star Rebecca Rittenhouse.

The pair were together for three years and made a handful of red-carpet appearances together before they split in 2015. Frequently appearing together on Rebecca’s Instagram and even adopting a dog together, the pair have remained good friends since their split.

“It’s all about him though. It’s all about the dog,” he said during his Call Her Daddy podcast appearance. “She’s got a fiancé. I don’t think it’s a weird thing at all. … She does have a key to my house.”

He went on to explain that he’s “friends and cordial” with his ex and it’s a “great” situation.

During the podcast he also revealed that he previously hooked up with one of his former Gossip Girl co-stars – although he didn’t reveal their name.

“I would say those things are inevitable,” Chace coyly confirmed of on-set hookups. “When you’re in your 20s… the thing is you’re on these things—people probably think it’s these sexy scenes or whatever, that’s like the worst part of it, with 60 people watching.”

“It’s the downtime. You’re doing this show, you’re on set for like 12-14 hours a day and usually, there are some pretty interesting people from all walks of life,” he continued, before confirming it wasn’t one of the show’s main female actors.

“There’s a lot of actors and people coming onto the show, over the years,” Chace explained. “And I was fortunate enough to have in the city a really good friend group. And everyone else has their little friend group. So you meet people in that wider circle, it’s not just that tiny little circle. There’s a lot of people involved. But again, it was like our college experience.”
