Married at First Sight bride Carly Bowyer and her fiancé Neil Goldsmith have announced that they are expecting their second child!
Sharing the exciting news to Instagram, Carly wrote, “Our little Cookie, you were worth the wait,” alongside a heartwarming video of herself, Neil, and their son Bailey discovering her positive pregnancy test.
Taking to the comments to share their excitement, fellow MAFS alumni Steve Burley wrote, “Get in there… Congratulations.”
“Congratulations beautiful ❤️” commented MAFS expert Mel Schilling.
“Awww congratulations 👶🏼🐥❤️,” added 2021 groom Liam Cooper.
“Another little munchkin incoming!! So excited for you all,” commented a fan.
The couple’s latest news comes almost four years after the former reality star announced the arrival of her eldest son in December 2020.
“Bailey ‘Biscuit’ Bowyer Goldsmith joined us 3 weeks early on 2/12/20. We are absolutely in awe of our beautiful little man. We can’t believe we made someone so perfect,” Carly captioned the announcement.
Earlier this year, Carly and Neill also revealed the exciting news that they were engaged after five years together.
“When I was a teenager, I did a ouija board with some girlfriends one night in the park across the road from my family home… I remember asking what the initially would be of my future husband,” Carly wrote, adding, “That night, back when I was a teenager, I was told that the man I would marry would have the initials N.G. No one had those initials until now.”
“Whether it was a coincidence that I got those initials, or something else, I’m now engaged to Neil Goldsmith, so I guess it was right.”
Before capturing fans’ hearts with her growing family, Australians first got to know Carly on the 2018 season of Married at First Sight Australia, where she was partnered with series husband Justin Fischer.
Despite leaving the experiment before the final vows, Carly later found love with fellow MAFS co-star Troy Delmage. Following their split, Carly debuted her romance with actor Neil Goldsmith in August 2019 and since confirming their relationship, the couple have shared regular updates on their life and parenthood to their loyal following of over 100,000 fans.
