We all know Miss Taylor Alison Swift is queen of a dramatic build up and whilst we were taking her brief hiatus as the potential release of a new album. Or reworked, we don’t mind. Swift has come out of hiding with Travis Kelce and has given us another easter egg to add to our collection of Reputation Taylor’s Version (Rep TV).

I don’t know about you but at this rate I’m going to need a bigger basket because these eggs are growing by the second.

But anyways, an egg is an egg and Swift delivers golden eggs so we feel that the release date is on the horizon. This comes after a bombshell was dropped in the second last episode of The Handmaid’s Tale which saw the show opening to an extended sequence of Look What You Made Me Do (Taylor’s Version).

Whilst it’s only a short glimpse of whats to come from Swift, the two verses and a few choruses sent Swifties into overdrive debunking every hidden meaning, trying to figure out – what is next?

Hopefully something as fans are eating these bread crumbs right up.

Scroll on as we unpack all the easter eggs that we have been given recently so fingers and toes crossed an album will be dropping very soon.

The Eras Tour premiere day: October 2023

This one might be clutching at straws a bit but the premiere date of none other than her Eras Tour Concert Film was a huge day and a great day to drop some eggs.

In the caption of her post she dropped two major references to Reputation, “Look what you genuinely made me do” and “Getting in the car.”

Time’s ‘Person of the Year’: December 2023

In her Time  Person of the Year cover story, Swift spoke about Rep (TV) for the first time, calling the vault tracks “fire.”

She also gave us more of a reason to know something was coming soon with her Instagram caption about the article writing tRuSt iSSueS.

The capitalised letters have to mean SSS for snake and an R for Rep, right?

Black-and-White profile pictures: January 2024

Okay this is where she genuinely got me because remember when all of her besties changed their profile pictures to black and white?

She had Blake Lively, Keleigh Sperry, her brother Austin, Jack Antonoff, Gigi Hadid and of course Travis Kelce on board, just to name a few, so we knew something was coming. And whilst something definitely was, *enter The Tortured Poets Department*, we were still left wondering when mysterious Rep (TV) was coming.

“This Is What You Came For” at the Eras tour: June 2024

On June 14, fans at the second Liverpool stop of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour were treated to a rare performance of “This Is What You Came For,” the 2016 hit by Calvin Harris and Rihanna — and, as it was later revealed was co-written by Swift herself under a pseudonym.

Given that Swift and Harris split around the time Reputation was being written, fans have speculated that the track might appear as a vault song on Reputation (TV).

A New Bodysuit: October 2024

October was peak Reputation (TV) chaos. Blondie hit the Miami stage in a snake-studded bodysuit with a totally different snake design featuring the snake head of Karyn, who was a key part of the original Reputation iconography. She then continued to step out in full Rep-core fits all month long. Coincidence? Hmmm.

Major Spotify Glitch?: January 2025

This one stung a little. Spotify listeners realised the original Reputation album wasn’t showing up, so fans began to frenzy and spiral, but once again we all looked in the mirror and were clowns, as yes glitches are a real thing.

Now we find ourselves in May, 2025 with a few more bread crumbs but nothing worth writing home about. Except for the release of this new excerpt in The Handmaid’s Tale.

Not only was the excerpt noticeably longer, but it also dropped six days before the AMAs — which Swift is apparently attending (according to fans) and is conveniently lining up with when Swifties suspect a big announcement is coming.

So stay tuned, hopefully our next update will be a big one.
