With bubs Tullulah and Rocky in tow, she flew from Sydney to Brisbane yesterday where she her mandatory 14 days locked up in a hotel.

With COVID-19 outbreaks occurring throughout Sydney and Melbourne, the AFL was essentially moved to COVID-free Queensland in order for the competition to continue.

Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin, who famously plays for the Sydney Swans, has now been separated from his family for four weeks, leading Jesinta to finally follow him up.

She went on to explain that they had been isolating at home since Tuesday, only leaving for a drive-through COVID test.

The model posted a video of little Tullulah colouring on the plane, followed by a picture of herself masked up for the flight, captioned: “We made it. I’m cooked 😂”.

Jesinta also shared her gratitude on Instagram, with tensions running high across the country regarding who can and cannot cross borders.

“It is not lost on me how privileged we are to be able to reunite our families. Thank you to the @afl & QLD health for keeping us safe and making this possible,” she wrote.

“And a special shout-out to our amazing @sydneyswans staff. Especially @robbiethomas96 who located my lost bag with all of the nappies 😂 .”

Jesinta and Buddy’s youngest child, Rocky, is only four months old, while Tullulah is not yet two.

The couple are quite private, not showing their children’s faces on Instagram or in photo shoots.

The former Miss Universe Australia has been open about the struggles that come with motherhood, admitting she was nervous to have two such young kids in the house.

In February, Jesinta shared a picture of herself on Instagram pushing a pram with a big pregnant belly.

“Pre-dinner waddle to the shops. Can’t believe we’ll be whipping out the double pram soon,” she wrote.

“Would love any advice/tips from other mums with a one-year-old and newborn. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous.”

She also spoke to Marie Claire about her endeavour to raise Indigenous children, with Buddy being Indigenous.

“I’ve … taken the initiative to educate myself so I can be the best mum to our First Nations babies and the best ally I can be,” the entrepreneur told the publication.

“I feel like I have a big responsibility to ensure my kids can connect to culture and can continue to share their history and be the storytellers for the next generation.”
