Orlando Bloom and fiancée Katy Perry have been enjoying life together to the fullest of late, amid her Las Vegas residency, him filming Wizards! and the pair celebrating Perry’s 38th birthday.

Bloom posted a picture of them both to Instagram and captioned it, “Each time we take a trip around the sun and get to celebrate you, I’m reminded that on this journey together and whatever the weather I’m always smiling.”
The pair started dating back in 2016 before taking a break for almost a year in 2017 and reuniting in 2018. A year later, actor Bloom, 45, proposed on Valentine’s Day and by 2020 the couple were expecting their first child, Daisy Dove.
The next step for the couple was a puppy named Buddy, and since then they have been exploring Europe and other glorious places.
What fans are dying to know now is why are there still no wedding plans? Especially when everything they’ve done so far seems to have occurred in an organic order.
During an interview on The Kyle and Jackie O Show in February of this year, Perry blamed the COVID-19 pandemic on the wedding delay. “Every couple of months it’s like new variant! New variant! New variant!” she said, explaining, “It’s a destination location. We’re still trying for it to work out.”
Despite their original plans being foiled, the star is not feeling any pressure to lock in a date.
“I call myself a ‘bridechilla’, as opposed to a bridezilla,” she told Stellar.
Perry has openly spoken in the past about how much she is loving being a mother and would like more kids, but according to a source for US Weekly, the ‘Roar’ singer is not keen to “walk down the aisle pregnant”, adding, “They’re just simply focused on Daisy.”
The source said the stars are not ruling out expanding their brood, but “they’re not actively trying for another one” – nor are they “taking any steps to prevent kids”, so a happy surprise could be in store for fans over the coming months.
The performers are obviously still madly in love, sharing cute posts about one another more so now than ever since Perry’s recent health scare while onstage. Last year, Bloom captioned her birthday picture, “We do life, we do love and it’s fun. I’ll celebrate you today and every day.”
That love is still obviously burning. This year, Perry posted a photo of her hand with Bloom’s and their daughter’s on top, saying, “Every time I blow a candle out I always wish for you.”
