She famously failed to find love on the hit TV show Married at First Sight – but reality TV star Sarah Roza has revealed she is finally ready to date again.
Taking to Instagram in an emotional post, Sarah revealed that 2018 had been “the most intense year ever”.
“I’m an optimistic person so I’ve made a concerted decision to start dating again in 2019 after taking a serious hiatus from love,” she shared.
“This important break has enabled me to be better equipped to let someone into my heart again & hopefully this time it’s for good.
“Inadvertently I’ve grown immensely from the lessons I learnt during a raft of very public highs & lows. Away from the gleam of social media this year I have also privately endured many hidden ordeals that one day when I feel ready to, I will open up about it all.”
Sarah went on to say that she had “culled many toxic people” from her life and now “couldn’t be happier”.
“It’s ok to say ‘no’ when something just doesn’t feel right. I’ve learnt to trust my intuition & back myself by valuing my own morals, commonsense & high standards,” she went on.
“My inner circle of friends is small because I only surround myself intimately with the absolute best people nowadays.
I am truly humbled by all the beautiful messages I receive from so many of you who often tell me they look up to me for guidance. I only hope that I have somehow helped nudge you in the right direction to be the best version of yourself.”
Sarah was matched with Telv Williams on Married at First Sight but was later left ‘heartbroken’.
