Outspoken bride Hayley, 32, isn’t backwards in coming forwards, and she’s already pulling up her husband David, 31, for seemingly giving up on their marriage too quickly – and just trying to please his conservative parents.
WATCH: EXCLUSIVE: MAFS’ David BRUTALLY rips into ‘fake’ TV wife Hayley
The larger-than-life Hayley and truck driver David’s partnership went downhill on their honeymoon in Singapore after the groom “overreacted” to Hayley’s joke about his salary “not cutting it”.
But Hayley tells WHO that there are other outside factors adding pressure to their relationship.

“Things fall apart and come back together again, and I believe the number one reason for all of this happening was the fact that he had his parents in his ear,” she says.
“His parents have this idea of who he should be matched with and he started listening to them instead of listening to what was going on. You saw the wedding, we had a great day, although we were so different, we were bouncing off each other. But I don’t think he’s the type of man who can say ‘I can have a relationship with my parents and I can have a relationship with you’.

David’s religious parents were openly disapproving of Hayley for her appearance and loud personality, which made her instantly worry “what the hell are they going to think of my past?!” – she battled and eventually overcame a serious drug addiction she’d had since her teen years.“The biggest thing that I find difficult is that they’re trying to press their values onto their son, and their son’s life,”
Hayley says.
David has long been open about disliking his TV bride, recent accusing her “still using drugs” despite the fact she calls herself a “recovered drug addict”. In the 11-minute long takedown, the truckdriver sensationally revealed the TV bride gave him a number of reasons to question her sobriety throughout the dating experiment.
“Her idea of being a reformed drug addict is her turning around and saying she doesn’t do any hard drugs… but still smokes weed,” David said in the explosive video obtained exclusively by New Idea. “And then she said, ‘I don’t mind having a cheeky line now and again.’ That’s someone who is still an addict. They’ve matched me with a smoking drug addict who is so inconsiderate and rude.”

Hayley has since responded to his deeply serious accusations, telling New Idea that any suggestion she has an ongoing drug problem is completely false and insists she has tests results to prove it.
“There’s been an article come out where David says I might not be as clean as what I’m saying,” said the furious finance broker who has been open about her debilitating, decade long drug dependency.
“He can say whatever the f*** he wants… but the absolute truth is, I was blood tested halfway between the filming and before I got on the filming. For a period of eight-to-nine weeks, I was getting drug tested.”

Due to her challenging past, Hayey told the outlet the show’s executive producer kept a close eye on her throughout the experiment and ensured there were strategies in place in the event of an emergency,
“I got drug tested on the show. I had to do a pee test, I had to do a full blood test – the duty of care was always above and beyond. Do you want me to send the stick I peed on?
“Still to this day I’m seeing the show’s physiatrist and making sure I’m seeing my mentors and the fact that David is clutching at straws to say something so awful.”
