We’ve all had dirty dreams. But how many of us have admitted to them – on national TV! Last night on My Kitchen Rules, married couple Karito and Ian raised a few eyebrows after Karito admitted that the night before they all met for Lesley and Chris’ Instant Restaurant – she’d had a raunchy dream about judge, Manu Feildel!
“I had a very interesting dream…it’s not PG,” she admitted on the night, amidst guffaws from the other diners.
So what was it all about? And should Ian be jealous?
“Manu is a decent man,” Karito tells WHO exclusively. “I don’t know – he has something magnetic.
“He’s a very interesting man and I love that kind of man. [I’m like], ‘Come here, I wanna know more about you.’”
So what does her husband of three and a half years think about his wife’s risque dreams?
“So I tell Ian – I’m very honest and open with him: ‘Oh my god that guy is good looking,’” she admits.
She also says they then had a discussion about which other diners they both found attractive.
“During the show I was like, ‘Which one would you pick, Ian? Come on, they’re beautiful girls,’” Karito laughs. “’And he said Ruby. He didn’t want to tell me which one he likes, but at the end of the day he told me, ‘I think Ruby, she’s cute. Andy, she’s gorgeous – she has a beautiful face.’”
Despite their fun banter, Karito knows she has nothing to worry about – her husband clearly dotes on his Colombian bride, and he’s happy to sing her praises to the rooftops.
“Ian has shown me I can trust him because he treats me amazingly,” Karito says. “If I find somebody else attractive, that’s not an issue for us. If I say someone is gorgeous, he doesn’t take it seriously.
“It’s not like I’m gonna leave him for another man, or vice versa.”
And he has nothing to worry about when it comes to married father-of-two Manu – after all, Karito is not the only one at the table who’s had dreams about our resident Frenchman. Both Blake and Jodie-Anne admit he’s popped up in their dreams too.
“He was washing dishes in an apron,” Jodie-Anne admitted at the dinner party. “I’m never going to be able to look at Manu in the same way again.”
