Controversial Married At First Sight bride Ning almost made a hash of her wedding to stunned groom Mark last night – so it’s little wonder their honeymoon got off to a shocking start.
Pictured at Melbourne airport as they prepared to jet off to Thailand, the body language said it all – as Mark was even forced to seek some solace and company in a flock of pigeons.
The pair rarely made eye contact, and the word of the day was tension, with Mark’s gestures speaking of irritation and unhappiness. At times the body language seemed so ugly – with both pulling away from each other and exchanging apparent hate faces – it appeared their personality clash was terminal.
A lonely visit to Starbucks seemed to be as much about getting away as getting a caffeine fix.
Ning was shockingly rude to Mark at the wedding, complaining he was older than her usual type, blocking him by consistently turning her back, and making a string of failed jokes that seemed more like attacks, including one where she complained to Mark she couldn’t ‘block and delete him’.
The groom later said ‘It’s difficult to tell whether she even likes me’.
And judging by these pictures, he might have his definitive answer to that question.
