It’s been two years since she won the heart of Richie Strahan on The Bachelor, and now Alex Nation says she has a crush on Nick Cummins.
“He’s actually my type of guy – the Aussie larrikin, a bit of a bogan,” Alex reveals to WHO.
“On my season, the girls used to call me ‘bogan chic’ so I was like, ‘I love this guy!’ ”
The 27-year-old also revealed her soft spot for Nick’s reject, Cass Wood.
“She was put into the same category as myself, you know the ‘stage-five clinger,’ ” Nation says.
“I messaged her on Instagram and gave her some support and said, ‘Stage-five clingers stick together.’ ”
The mum-of-one reveals she hasn’t been in touch with Strahan since their split.
“I hoped we’d maintain a friendship but I think that comes with break-ups,” Nation says. “I do still care about him and wonder how he is.”
Nation reveals she would love to be The Bachelorette.
“You should take opportunities as they come, so I wouldn’t rule it out,” she says. “But I know what it’s like to do something like that now, and it’s not for the faint-hearted.”
