The 2025 season of Dancing with the Stars Australia is officially underway.
And it’s already shaping up to be a surprising season (missed an episode of Dancing with the Stars? Read our recaps here).
But, as with any competition, not everyone will make it to the end… Here’s a complete rundown of who’s been eliminated so far.
Who left Dancing with the Stars 2025?
Mia Fevola
Eliminated in Episode 8
Even though Mia Fevola earned the second-highest score from the judges in Episode 8, she was sent home – just missing out on a spot in the Grand Finale.
Mia took the elimination well though and said:
“My confidence has grown so much, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come as a dancer.”
Harry Garside
Eliminated in Episode 7
Harry Garside was praised by the judges for the effort he put into his Tango but it wasn’t enough – he only scored 20 points and was ultimately elminated.
The Olympian took it well though and said, “It’s been so much fun; it’s such an amazing process. To share this with Siobhan, and to learn how to dance from her, like, how cool is that? So fingers crossed it helps my boxing, I’m sure it will.”
Osher Günsberg
Eliminated in Episode 6
Osher Günsberg was eliminated in Episode 6 but he went down swinging.
After he and his partner Sriani Argaet took to the floor with a Tango, judge Craig Revel Horwood called the performance a “right royal mess.”
But Osher clapped back and said, “Would you like to try going down that perspex ramp in those heels, sir? You are more than welcome to show me how to do it.”
Craig shrugged and responded, “That is not my job.”
The two continued having a rather fiery exchange, with Osher also saying:
“Where’s the fun in trying something that’s not really risky? You saw the dance I did last episode, Craig. I took big risks. You said to take big risks.”
Ultimately though, Osher was voted out of the competition.
And despite his earlier outburst at Craig, Osher was very polite when leaving.
“Sriani’s an extraordinary teacher, she’s such an incredible human being to have the patience to deal with me and my small kind of tincy fly kind of brain. Thanks for having me. It’s been great,” the former Bachelor host said.
Rebecca Gibney
Eliminated in Episode 5
Rebecca Gibney and her partner Ian Waite were eliminated in Episode 5.
The duo performed a paso doble and received a score of 28/40 from the judges.
But in a shock twist, despite Harry Garside scoring lower (25/40), Rebecca was sent home after the studio audience votes were combined with the judges’ scores.
The Logie Award winner was extremely gracious despite the elimination and said, “The amount of work that goes into this show, costumes are amazing the make up is amazing. Everyone from the judges, the production crew and everyone behind the scenes – it’s mindboggling how extraordinary everyone is and I’m going to miss it.”
Karina Carvalho
Eliminated in Episode 4
Karina Carvalho and her partner Andrey Gorbunov performed a fiery salsa in Episode 4.
And while it was a vast improvement from Karina’s first performance, it wasn’t enough to stay in the competition.
“Andrey is not just a fantastic, highly qualified dancer, he’s such a great teacher and he’s so patient and he’s put together the most beautiful choreography for us,” she gracefully said when leaving Dancing with the Stars.
Susie O’Neill
Eliminated in Episode 3
Susie O’Neill was the first contestant to be eliminated.
She and her partner Lyu Masuda performed a foxtrot that scored quite low: only 15 points out of a possible 40.
Despite the harsh comments (judge Craig Revel Horwood said of Susie’s performance, “Seven weeks and seven hours a day wasted, I’d say”) and the ultimate elimination, Susie left with a smile on her face and said she was proud of herself.
