It was revealed on Thursday night’s Bachelor finale that Alex Nation was the woman who had captured Richie Strahan’s heart.
And now the pair have appeared together for the first time as a couple, in a very loved-up social media video.
In the short clip, posted on the show’s social media channels, Richie and Alex open up about their relationship.
“Just wanted to give you all a very big thank you,” Richie, 31, begins. “It’s been an absolutely wild ride and I’ve met the most remarkable woman who makes me so happy on a daily basis.”
Beaming at his new leading lady, Richie adds: “It’s the best. I’m absolutely thrilled.”
Alex, 25, who hails from Victoria, then thanks fans for their ‘support’ and reveals the couple’s plans for the future.
“We’re so excited to start our next chapter together and we cannot thank you enough for continuous love and support.”
Richie’s true feelings for the single mother were revealed on Thursday night’s emotional final episode, choosing her as the winner and leaving runner-up Nikki Gogan visibly heartbroken.
