Seven Year Switch star Cass Kennedy has showed off her incredible new figure.
The mother-of-three – who split from husband Ryan Thisleton last year – took to Instagram to showcase her fitness success.
“It’s never just been about the body,” Cass captioned the snap, adding: “It’s been about self discovery, growth and learning to love myself again! Whilst I am so proud of my fitness achievements after 4 children, this exterior does not even begin to describe my beautiful mind and happy heart.
Kennedy went on to give praise to her friends in the same post.
“A few special friends have helped me get there and they know who they are, Thankyou so much”
Last year Cass and Ryan revealed last that their decision to split was more of a realisation than the outcome of an argument.
“I don’t even know what it was that made us come to the decision to separate,’ Cass told New Idea.
“It’s not like we had a big fight or anything like that, I think it was just more a realisation.”
“It really impacted our relationship when our son Dex was stillborn four years ago,’ Ryan explained
“I really wore down Cass’ patience because I went through severe anxiety and depression after it, and I put the weight of the family on her shoulders to stay strong and keep it together.”
Ryan and Cass are parents to baby Mena, toddler Emmerson and Ramani, Cass’ daughter from a previous relationship.
