A new line up of brides and grooms are donning their bowties and bouquets in hopes of meeting their love match (and increasing their Instagram following) and, honestly, we’re so here for it.

Who is Steven?

One of the nine grooms declaring his commitment to a stranger is 34-year-old Steven Danyluk.

We don’t know exactly where in the state he’s from, but we do know he likely wears blue while watching the State of Origin (this means he’s from *checks notes* New South Wales).

Steven spent most of his 20s chasing his dream of being a famous rock star and was in a heavy metal bands for years. However, he now spends his time rocking on boats, running his own boat maintenance business.

We had to do a double take when we saw these old rocker photos!

Who is Steven’s ideal match?

Steven is looking for a woman who is ambitious, easy-going and won’t be offended by his jokes. Hmm..

He feels women have high expectations in the dating world these days and hopes he can find someone who can accept him for who he is.

Matched with Rachel Gilmore, who has a heart of gold, we thought these two hit it off instantly. But we could be eating those words soon.

What are Steven’s faults?

Admittedly, Steven has been focused on his career and only recently stopped, looked around, and realised he was one of the only single guys in his group.

He’s also already made Rachel cry on their honeymoon when they discussed Rachel’s support for AFL team Collingwood and the tattoo she has dedicated to them.

When Steven joked about her football obsession, it hit a nerve with Rachel who was tired of being labelled “too much” or “annoying” by others in her life and burst into tears.

“I didn’t think I was coming in that strong. I feel horrible now but I’m a dork, I’m out there, I’m wild, I like to have a laugh,” Steve said.
