We did NOT see this coming!

In a twist nobody saw coming, controversial season one f-boy Caleb Duncan has returned for the second instalment of FBoy Island Australia and boy, do we have some questions.

The 31-year-old personal trainer certainly made a lasting impression for many of the wrong reasons during his first stint on the show in 2023, but after being left to rot in Lim-bro for the last year, Caleb believes that he has reformed his f-boy ways.

“I learned how to treat people a little bit better, be mindful of what I’m saying, and also still be myself,” he told news.com.au before launching into his new favourite topic – contestant Krystal.

In case you missed it, Krystal and Caleb have a little bit of history outside the island. Speaking to the other girls in the second episode, Krystal revealed that before coming on the show, she slid into Caleb’s Instagram DMs with a flirty voice note, with Caleb eventually replying with a stream of “baby girls” and other signature f-boy lingo.

Despite shooting her shot, nothing happened between Krystal and Caleb before meeting on the show, but their first encounter at the second episode’s dinner party saw Krystal quickly go from embracing the latest “mid-mixer” to sussing out Caleb’s vibe.

With the sexual tension at an all-time high, it appeared Krystal’s wholesome date with our new favourite contestant Jerome was suddenly out of mind, leaving us wondering if Krystal would soon be redirecting her focus onto her former IG flame.

While he may have declared “I can’t keep being a hoe,” fans aren’t convinced that Caleb has truly reformed his f-boy ways and following his response to last season’s controversies, we can’t blame them either.

Speaking to Yahoo! Lifestyle following the conclusion of the first season, Caleb shared, “Going into the show I was like, ‘My story has to be the same for each girl. I’m going to play them, and I’m going to let people from home be mad at me for playing them like that.'”

Most notably, Caleb made headlines during last year’s season of FBoy Island for his derogatory comments regarding contestant Molly O’Halloran’s recent split, with Caleb telling her that her ex-fiance had cheated because she “ain’t got no good p***y.”

Despite receiving extensive backlash from viewers, Caleb stood by his comments, telling news.com.au, “I was kind of shocked about the reactions of other contestants because these guys act like this doesn’t happen, but this is a true issue… I think I was being real[ly] honest because I’ve been with women and their vagina is just not that good. Be real.”

While time will only tell if Caleb has truly taken the lessons from his experience, we can always count on host Abbie Chatfield to hold his f-boy behaviour accountable.
