What is the Harry Potter TV series about?

The upcoming Harry Potter TV series is set to reimagine the story from the ground up, with early reports suggesting that the series will adapt each book from the original franchise into its own standalone season.

While these details have yet to be confirmed, HBO CEO and Chairman Casey Bloys has since revealed that the project would be on-air for “10 consecutive years.”

“This new Max Original series will dive deep into each of the iconic books that fans have continued to enjoy for all of these years,” she said, assuring fans that the new remake will be “a faithful adaptation.”

.While a decade of content may seem like a lengthy wait until the series finale, it also means that viewers will have more time to take in all the character development, subplots, and magical adventures that the movies couldn’t fully explore.
