Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour may have ended in December 2024 but Swifties can soon relive it (and learn more about it) all thanks to an upcoming documentary…
Read on for ALL the details – including the Easter eggs you may have missed in the official trailer.
Will there be a documentary of the Eras Tour?
YES! On October 14, 2025, just 12 days after releasing The Life of a Showgirl, Taylor *finally* announced that we’d be getting an Eras Tour documentary.
Officially titled Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era, the documentary will be a 6-part series that chronicles the development, impact, and inner-workings of the tour.
“It was the End of an Era [sic] and we knew it. We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the culmination of the most important and intense chapter of our lives, so we allowed filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven throughout it as it wound down,” Taylor wrote on Instagram when announcing the news.
Where can I watch the Eras documentary?
The first two episodes of Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era will be released on December 12, 2025 on Disney+.

Episodes three and four will be released on the streaming platform the following week (December 19) and the final two episodes will be released the week after that (December 26).
Stream Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era on Disney Plus from $15.99/mth.
Were there any Easter eggs in the trailer?
Of COURSE Taylor put Easter eggs in the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era trailer.

We’ve listed everything we spotted below and the time stamp of when it appeared in the trailer:
- 0.12: A close up of Post-it notes with various Taylor songs… We think this might be how Taylor decided/planned the surprise songs for the tour.
- 0.13: Taylor in a yellow jumper holding her cat Meredith. This footage was obviously taken the same day she filmed her “Back in the office” Instagram video, posted on October 19, 2024.
- 0.14: Footage of Travis Kecle – Taylor’s fiancé – backstage that was likely taken after the Indianapolis Night 2 show.
- 0.24: Taylor is wearing a Kansas City Chiefs t-shirt – the NFL team Travis plays for.
- 0.25: Taylor recording something at Long Pond Studios wearing a green shirt; this footage was likely taken the same day as the footage that plays on Spotify when listening to the Midnights track High Infidelity.
- 0.40: Footage of Marjorie – Taylor’s late grandmother and who the Evermore song Marjorie is about.
- 1.19: Taylor must’ve used Dr. Barbara Sturm Super Anti Ageing Cleansing Cream, Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser, Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner, and Ouia St. Barts Body Cleanser during the tour as they can be seen on the edge of her hotel bathtub.
- 1.22: Benjamin in the hotel room – meaning Taylor must’ve taken her cats (or at least just Benjamin) on tour with her.
