Unsurprisingly, Taylor is turning the wedding into a full-scale celebration of friendship and sisterhood as she reportedly begins selecting her bridesmaids.
Sources say the singer has already tapped longtime confidante and supermodel Gigi Hadid for the bridal party and is expected to include pop-star best friend Selena Gomez as well.
According to insiders, her approach is deeply personal. She wants to tell each potential bridesmaid face-to-face how much they mean to her. “Taylor wants to start the wedding process this way – building her bridesmaid group and getting everyone involved in the preparations, celebrations, and planning,” one source told The U.S. Sun.
Taylor was recently spotted out at dinner with Gigi, where she apparently asked her to be a bridesmaid. A source told The Sun that Gigi was “thrilled” and accepted immediately.

While the details of Taylor and Travis’ wedding are still unknown, sources say they’ll be trying to keep things as private as possible.
Talking to People, a source claimed the couple “will definitely be a private affair and not a spectacle.”
The source added: “They both have a close circle of friends, and they’ll respect their privacy.”
For her part, when Taylor was on the promotional trail for her last album, Life of a Showgirl, she told Graham Norton that she would be going big for her wedding. “I know it’s going to be fun to plan, because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble,” she explained. “And you have to evaluate or assess your relationship with them to see if they should be there. I’m not going to do that.”
