Congratulations are in order for Sally Obermeder and husband Marcus Obermeder who have welcomed their second child.
The television host took to Instagram to announce the birth of her newborn, a daughter named Elyssa Rose Obermeder.
The newest addition to her family was welcomed in the US via surrogate.
Obermeder, 43, shared a photo of her daughter Annabelle and her surrogate, Rachel, earlier this week.
“Everything about this picture makes my heart explode with love and gratitude❤️❤️❤️,” she wrote.
Obermeder was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer one day after Annabelle was born in October 2011, but has been cancer-free since 2012.
