Only a few days following The Bachelor winner Chelsie McLeod’s heartbreaking admissions about ex Matt Agnew on social media, the former couple have unfollowed each other on Instagram.

While it’s unclear when the unfollowing actually happened, it would be recent within the past week, as they were still following each other after Chelsie opened up to her fans about her wellbeing.
During her incredibly candid Q&A last week, Chelsie revealed that the break up was not mutual.
“It’s definitely been rough,” Chelsie explained through tears. “I do not deal with heartbreak well and yeah, my heart is broken. This sucks.”
The chemical engineer explained that she would keep Matt’s reasoning to end their relationship private, in order to protect him.
“A lot of you want to know what happened between Matt and I. I am going to respect his privacy and not go into details,” she said. “It’s a hard situation and it takes two strong people with a strong connection to get through stages from filming to the end.”
The 32-year-old astrophysicist called time on their relationship six months after filming the show wrapped up.
Many can assume that it was the pressure following the show that led to the couples demise, something that this year’s Bachelorette Angie Kent has hinted at.
While on an episode of Channel Ten’s Have You Been Paying Attention? she revealed how tough it can be to make things work on the outside.
“Once you get out of the Bachie bubble, it’s up to you then to kind of create a connection and see how it goes,” the 29-year-old said. “It’s hardcore.”
Chelsie has been making some pretty big hints on social media prior to their unfollowing, one alluding to Matt cheating on her, writing “triggered” on former contestant Jessica Brody’s Instagram photo that had the caption, “Me ➡️vs.➡️ Me when he tells me I’m the only girl he’s talking to.”
Hopefully more details about the split will emerge soon.
