What does Tilly do for work?
Described as “fun-loving and energetic,” Tilly loves an “adrenaline rush” – so it’s no surprise she has pursued a career in sport.
Tilly graduated with top honours in 2020 after completing a double degree in Exercise and Sport Science and Business (Sport Management) at Deakin University.
According to her appearance on The Sports Bubble podcast in 2021, the 25-year-old was even set to graduate with a Masters in Sport Management.
She initially worked at the sports marketing agency TLA Australia, before moving on to Cricket Australia as the League Operations Coordinator.
Her achievements even garnered Tilly a Deakin achievement award, sponsored by Cricket Victoria, for Best Case Study in Strategic Management.
“I was very honoured to receive this award. In my sixth year of studying at Deakin it was great to be recognised for my achievements and the hard work that I put into my studies,” she told the university.

According to her bio with Ten, Tilly is after someone “driven, cheeky, fun, tall, caring and considerate”.
