Trevor Noah is back hosting the Grammy Awards for the sixth and final time, and he didn’t hold back when it came to Nicki Minaj and her support for President Donald Trump.
In his opening speech, Noah walked around the room and said hello to some of the world’s most famous faces in music, including Justin Bieber, Olivia Dean and Jennifer Hudson.
While the camera panned to each of the musicians during their introductions, Nicki Minaj was no where to be seen when Noah called out her name.
“Nicki Minaj?” Noah questioned, pretending to look for her in the audience.
“Not here, she’s not here.”
He then began to impersonate Trump.
“Actually Nicki, I have the biggest ass. I have it. Everybody’s saying it Nicki, I know they say it’s you but it’s me. Look at it. Look at it, baby.”
It is unknown why Nicki Minaj isn’t in attendance.
What has Nicki Minaj said about Donald Trump?
Last week, Minaj spoke at the U.S. Treasury Department’s Trump Accounts Summit.
“I’m probably the President’s number-one fan,” Minaj said in a video from the event. “Criticism doesn’t affect me – it pushes me to support him even more,” she said.

She also confirmed that she holds a Trump Gold Card, part of a programme that offers expedited immigration pathways in exchange for major financial contributions, later sharing an image of the card on X.
Trump referred to her as the most successful female rapper of all time, according to Bloomberg.
How did people respond to Noah’s dig?
The dig sparked a big reaction from those in the crowd, with Chrissy Teigen even seen putting her thumb up to the camera as Noah spoke about the pair.
