Interestingly, Kate didn't actually deny that she's Monster at any point in the chat that followed between herself, Tim Blackwell and Marty Sheargold.
"It is their real singing voice, isn't it – or is it my singing voice, who knows?" she quipped, prompting a straight-up question that we wish she'd given a straight-up answer!
"Is it your singing voice?" one of the boys asked.
"What do you reckon?!" Kate replied – not actually saying no (just sayin').
As Tim and Marty debated back and forth about who else could be on the show, Kate tried to steer them onto a new topic:
"Are we really getting bogged down in this conversation?" she asked.
Come on, Kate. We love you as the cutie-pie Monster – make our dreams come true!
The Channel 10 series sees 12 celebrities performing anonymously in elaborate costumes designed by Hwang Jae-geun (including lion, dragon, octopus, monster, wolf, unicorn and prawn costumes) as viewers and a panel of star-studded judges attempt to guess their identity.
So far, six celebs have been unmasked on the show: Gretel Killeen (who wore the Octopus costume), Brett Lee (as Parrot), child star Nikki Webster (Alien), Wendell Sailor (the much-loved Rhino), Darren McMullen (as a jaunty pirate-like Prawn) and, the most recent departure, country star Adam Brand (as Dragon).
Lindsay Lohan joins Dannii Minogue, Jackie O' Henderson and Dave Hughes as the celebrity judges, and the show is hosted by none other than Bachelor star Osher Gusnberg!
