Mum-of-one Khloe shared a similar statement to her social channels adding that she is "so grateful" for all the support that has come her way.
"I am so grateful and thankful to everyone who has supported us and been there through it all. I’m too emotional to fully express myself at the moment. My sappy post will come soon. Change is hard but also needed at times I love you all. Thank you for the memories!" she penned.
The statement was signed by Kris Jenner, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner and Kourtney's ex-partner, Scott Disick.
In an interview with Jimmy Fallon, Keeping Up With The Kardashians executive producer Ryan Seacrest, who launched the show in 2007, called it his biggest "contribution" to the world.
"I love them. I love that family," he said in 2018.
"They have tackled some unbelievable things on that show. ... They are as close and tight as any family I have ever met. There's always something going on."
KUWTK was initially used as a marketing tool for the family's stores, Dash and Smooch, that closed in 2018.
"When the opportunity for our TV show came about, I wanted to do it to bring attention to our stores," Kim told Variety in 2015.
"I was thinking this might not last very long, but we'll grow a great business and expand online. I thought it would be great press. I didn't think it would turn into what it turned into."
When asked in the same interview if she thought the reason for the show's success was because it is a celebration of family, Kim said that she thinks the viewers grew with them.
"They’ve seen us start out living a little bit differently and becoming a little more successful. They are living that dream with us and seeing us drown," she said.
"And, at the end of the day, we fight and are crazy like every other family, but we really are so close and obsessed with each other. I’ll get people who come up to me all the time and say, 'I have three sisters and you remind me of us.'”
“I have been filming the show non-stop for 13 years, 19 seasons and six spin-off seasons... I was feeling unfulfilled and it became a toxic environment for me to continue to have it occupy as much of my life as it was,” the eldest Kardashian, 41, told the publication.
“Life was moving so, so fast, even after taking a break from the show and attempting to slow down and give more time to my kids… It wasn’t until this time that I have been able to learn their needs again, see their strengths, and be able to be connected as deeply as I once was, before juggling so much."
