The second instalment of the famous Kardashian clan’s campaign for Calvin Klein has been released, and whilst Khloe Kardashian’s belly is proudly out on display in a beautiful forest, younger sister Kylie Jenner having just given birth in February, seems to be covering up her post-baby bod behind high-waisted jeans when the second campaign was shot in March.
The first campaign released back in January showed Kylie strategically hiding her belly with a patchwork blanket as her pregnancy at the time was still not public knowledge and the youngest sister was adamant about keeping her pregnancy extremely private.
The newest #mycalvins underwear and jeans campaign is a follow up of the sisters’ original campaign shoot with the long-standing brand. Photographed by Willy Vanderperre, and appropriately captioned “our family, #mycalvins, the end of the cinematic-like video of the campaign show the sisters as playful and looking closer than ever as they play a game of what seems to be Chinese whispers.
Khloe admits to feeling intimidated shooting for the campaign while pregnant, “Shooting in underwear at eight-and-a-half months pregnant is even more intimidating.”
Despite the strategic cover-ups, the sisters look fresh-faced, beautiful and raw which is a departure from their usual over-the-top makeup & style aesthetic.
“Unconventional and unapologetic: family makes us who we are,” says the Calvin Klein campaign site. Well, there is no-one more unapologetically who they are as a family than the Kardashian-Jenner crew that’s for sure!
