Selena Gomez has launched an activewear collection with PUMA.
The singer and actress is currently staying under the radar but still managed to design and release the collection which she models with her closest friends.
Appropriately named “Strong Girl” the SG x PUMA collection is designed to ‘show today’s girls that one of the most important qualities is ‘strength’. Something that Selena herself has had to find a lot of recently due to the all the challenges she has faced.
Gomez says of the inspiration behind the collection, “Strength is something I try to own every day. I wanted to create a collection that makes women feel sexy, empowered, and strong. I love every piece that I designed and hope it inspires others to find their inner strong girl.”
According the official press release, ‘Though the apparel is grounded in running and training design, there is an intentional fashion focus, the collection boasts an amazing sense of flexibility and is meant to be played with in a different way’ and ‘The collection features confident colors and bold silhouettes with the intention of helping girls stand out from the crowd’
There is no-one better to design a strong girl inspired collection than Selena Gomez.
