Rebel Wilson is reminding us that with or without her 30kg weight loss, she’s always “glamorous” and full of confidence.

The 41-year-old Aussie ex-pat, who moved overseas to become a Hollywood star, shared a pair of stripped-down mirror selfies this morning on Instagram, proving that while she’s shed some weight, she’s gained a banging amount of self-confidence.
The Bridesmaids star posed in a black leotard before the second pic from behind revealing the thong bottom.
“She’s glamorous on set today,” Rebel captioned the post on IG Story, and truly, we have to agree.
Last year, Rebel revealed some of the nutrition and exercise tips that helped her overcome her relationship with eating and her body.
“It was the emotional stuff about realising why I was overeating, why I was emotionally eating and trying to solve that, that was the biggest lesson,” she said in an IG Live to fans.
“As all career women would know if that is something that interests you approaching 40 is a good time to do it. So I was thinking about fertility and thought I am going to do this and get healthy.”
In an interview with Yahoo! Lifestyle, Rebel’s Aussie trainer said that the secret to success is “starting as soon as you decide to change your habits.”
“So, for me, starting a new lifestyle in a fresh year or even a fresh week isn’t something I would suggest.”
His advice? Make sure you’re “comfortable and ready,” but don’t go “too hard too fast.”
“Otherwise, you aren’t setting yourself up for success. It’s never too late to make a change for a healthier lifestyle and these don’t need to be drastic.”
Rebel Wilson is currently in London filming The Almond And The Seahorse. Rebel first stunned us with her new transformed view and Year of Health in 2020 in pics of her in activewear at the beach, before she celebrated her 41st birthday in March as a new woman – and after splitting from her ex-partner Jacob Busch.
Needless to say, she’s come a long way since her days as a law graduate from the University of New South Wales, and as Toula in the 2003 Aussie dirty comedy, Fat Pizza.
