Channel 9’s TODAY co-host Lisa Wilkinson was absent from the Wednesday morning episode and the star has revealed why she didn’t make it to work.
Taking to Instagram, Wilkinson, 57, revealed she has injured herself.
“So, I didn’t quite make it in to work today, because this happened …” she wrote alongside a picture of herself with an obvious cast attached to her arm.
“Back tomorrow, cast and all. Just need to find an outfit to go with it,” she quipped to her 204,000 followers.
Fans were quick to wish her a speedy recovery. And among the comments was one by her TODAY co-worker Sylvia Jeffreys.
“And just like that, casts are on trend. See you in the morning 😘😘😘😘#trendsetter #prettypatient,” wrote Jeffreys.
