Rumours of the split began after a noticeable absence from each others' social media pages.
While the couple had already been separated due to COVID-19, things became more obvious after Patrick unfollowed his partner on Instagram.
In fact, the personal trainer unfollowed everyone - his following count still remains at zero.
Belinda and Patrick seemed to be one of the rare couples who made it work after the series ended, establishing their relationship at final vows and remaining together for the following months.
They last appeared together on Patrick's Instagram, hanging out in a park.
"I guess reality TV can work ❤️," he captioned the post.
He also posted a short video of their time together on MAFS, explaining that he was posting it because Belinda was in isolation, and he was unable to see her.
The news comes just as another couple from their season, Bruce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson, announce that they are engaged and expecting twins.
Although a few MAFS brides have gone on to have babies, twins are a first for the franchise.
