It has been reported that former Home and Away star Dan Ewing has been embroiled in a fight with his ex-wife Marni Little’s husband David Robertshaw.
The Daily Mail claim that Ewing is set to face Manly Courts on Tuesday. It is believed the police registered an AVO – apprehended violence order – on behalf of Robertshaw.
The AVO was placed after Ewing allegedly assaulted Robertshaw on October 21, during the custody exchange of Little’s child with the actor – Archer.
According to a friend, Kate Fox, the authorities were called after Ewing “refused to give up custody of his son.”
It has been reported the dispute went on for an hour.
Archer returned home with his mother.
The former couple ended their romance in December 2015.
Little has since moved one, marrying Robertson just days ago.
Little shared her marital news to New Idea.
“I’ve been Marni Ewing for so long now and just didn’t want that identity anymore,” she said.
“Dave is so wonderful with Archie and loves him like his own, so it was only a matter of time before he popped the question.”
