Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman have officially called time on their relationship.
The couple’s divorce was finalised on August 3 – less than 3 weeks after Barrymore, 41, filed the paperwork to dissolve her 4-year marriage to the art consultant, 39.
The pair have pledged to remain a family for the sake of their two daughters, Olive, 3, and Frankie, 2.
In April they announced their split and offered an exclusive joint statement to WHO, and explained their daughters would always remain their first priority.
“Sadly our family is separating legally, although we do not feel this takes away from us being a family,” they said. “Divorce might make one feel like a failure, but eventually you start to find grace in the idea that life goes on.”
The actress announced in April that she had split from Kopelman, who she began dating in February 2011 after being friends for a number of years. They tied the knot in 2012.
