Gwyneth Paltrow is heading down under. Yeah, you heard the right, The Goop creator, wellness guru and award-winning actress is visiting Australia. And the best part? You can join her in Sydney.
When Jackie O and Gemma O’Neill announced the launch of their new business venture, besties, we had no idea their first event would be so. damn. cool.
The real-life besties had always wanted to create a business together and together launched besties; a space that gives “you and your BFF the perfect opportunity to spend more time with each other.”
The pair hinted that their company would “bring you closer to extraordinary people at engaging events,” and promised they would “welcome some of the most talked about and high-profile guest speakers to the stage,” but we were pleasantly surprised when the Hollywood A-lister was named as the first guest speaker.
“Gwyneth Paltrow is one of those effortlessly cool people we wish we could call our bestie,” Jackie O shared on Instagram.
“Not only has she starred in some of our fave movies- Sliding Doors anyone? She’s also a wellness guru, entrepreneur, Oscar, Golden Globe, and Emmy award winner, mum, and all-around fantastic person… phew what a CV!”
“But best of all, she’s coming to Sydney this October for an exclusive visit to the @bestiesau stage. There’s no doubt GP is a pioneer in the health and wellness space. She’s an original thinker and a force to be reckoned with. Join us as Gwyneth gives us an intimate insight into her life from Hollywood to consciously uncoupling, running a massive business and everything in between.”
Gwyneth is joining Jackie O and Gemma for one evening of glitz and glamour in Sydney, giving fans a chance to get up close and personal.
“Sharing stories with other women is one of my favourite things to do. It bonds us, lifts us all up and lets us celebrate what makes us all special. I’m so looking forward to coming to Australia with besties to do just that.” Gwyneth explained.
