She and husband Sam Worthington may have seen success in the US but Lara Worthington and her family are officially back home Down Under.

Taking to Instagram, the model and mum-of-three shared a sun-drenched beach snap of two figures running into the waves.
But it was the geotag of Sydney, Australia that sent her fans into a frenzy when they realised she has indeed come back to her hometown after living in the USA since 2014.
“Welcome home ♥️♥️♥️,” one simply penned
“Back in god’s country, welcome home lovely,” another wrote.
“Bet that feels good,” remarked a third.
In a previous report by Who, it was revealed that Lara’s actor husband Sam’s career brought them back to Australia.
The Avatar star is set to take on a role in the Sydney Theatre Company’s production of Appropriate – a dark comedy that’s set to show at the Harbour City’s Roslyn Packer Theatre in March.
“I’m excited Sam Worthington will be joining the cast of Appropriate,” shared the play’s director, Wesley Enoch.
“He’s a great homegrown talent and it will be great to see him on our stages again.”
Lara and Sam are proud parents to Rocket, four, Racer, three, and welcomed their third child in May.
In an exclusive chat with Marie Claire, Lara said of her husband: “We work together really well; it gets better and better, to be honest. I think that’s why we keep having more kids because it’s a very enjoyable family. We’re happy, and the kids are happy, and Sam is super present.”
However, there is a reason why the famous parents have opted to not reveal their youngest child’s name.
“I just think there’s not many things in life that are a mystery these days,” Lara told the publication.
She may have travelled the world and visited many exotic locations thanks to her glamorous career, but Lara is an Aussie girl at heart.
“There is an optimism and positivity that is so uniquely Australian,” she told Vogue in 2019.
“The minute I get on a plane towards Sydney I feel it. And of course the beaches, I feel most myself in the sun, by the beach.”
The mum-of-three also shared a top tip for fighting jetlag that beachgoers will no doubt love.
“Where possible, nothing makes me feel better than jumping in the ocean after a long-haul flight. And really early morning swims to conquer jet lag over the first few days of a trip,” she said.
Lara and Sam Worthington secretly tied the knot in 2014 and the model changed her surname from Bingle to her new husband’s.
“I don’t have to put on any façade with him, and moving to America has meant we’re able to live a really normal life,” she told Stellar of their marriage.
“In fact, he’s more normal than me. He’s the guy from Perth who drinks milk before he goes to bed!”
