Married At First Sight star Jessika Power has revealed she had a mental breakdown following her split from Daniel Webb.
The administrative assistant told her Instagram followers that the past fortnight has been a ‘rough time’.
‘It’s been a rough few weeks actually. I’ve learnt that even the people you love and trust can be snakes in the grass and I’ve found some very unusual allies!’ she wrote.
‘I’ve felt sad and alone a lot also but I’m picking myself up and I’ve learnt to take each day slowly and not rush (this has been hard for me).’
‘I’m not 100% yet but I’ll get there,’ Jessika concluded.
It comes days after the blonde bombshell said she planned on telling all on her relationship with Dan.
‘I’ve felt all [the] love and the hate over the past few weeks and I will have my say as there is always three sides to a story – his, mine, and the truth,’ she wrote.
Daniel dumped Jessika following the MAFS reunion episode in early April.
