Patti Newton, 73, has taken to Instagram to share an emotional post – letting fans know her granddaughter Lola had been admitted to hospital after suffering from Pneumonia
“After a lovely lunch, we ended up at the Children’s Hospital with Lola with Pneumonia and breathing problems. Very scary, in for a couple of days fantastic care and wonderful hospital, so lucky .@laurenenewton#royalchildrenshospitalmelbourne,” she wrote alongside a snap of the little one.
Newton was quick to follow up a post with a snap of her famous husband, Bert who had his granddaughter smiling despite being in a hospital bed.

We hope little Lola makes a speedy recovery!
