Just days after facing public backlash for demanding fans not to take pictures of her at Wimbledon, Meghan Markle has come under fire again – this time for her parenting skills.

The 37-year-old new mum and two-month-old son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor made a surprise appearance to watch Prince Harry and Prince William compete in the King Power Charity Polo match on Wednesday.
The Duchess of Sussex wore a floaty, khaki-green dress by Lisa Marie Fernandez and Stella McCartney sunglasses as she joined sister-in-law Kate Middleton and her children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

However, despite the royal day out looking every bit the relaxed, casual affair, fans were quick to launch an online attack on the former Suits actress for the way she held baby Archie.
“Meghan needs to learn to hold her own child. Maybe she gets the nanny to do it! She has no maternal instincts at all,” slammed one person.

Others said: “That sweet baby Archie seems so uncomfortable! His neck, back and legs are unsupported in the other pictures. Such a shame.”
“Someone teach that actress how to hold a child, good grief.”

“Meghan looks like she’s about to drop him.”
“The way little Archie is being held. Scary.”
The duchess also came under fire for not putting a hat on her sun.
Thankfully however, other more sympathetic fans lept to Meghan’s defence.
“Everyone needs to remember it’s her first child,” one woman said. “It’s like you’re not going to be perfect on your first. It’s after your first you become a multitasking incredible mom that has superhero powers. You also have to be willing to learn. If you’re not close to people showing you their tricks your gonna struggle. Thanks for all the moms who help us along the way.”
“There are moms out there who didn’t know how to pick [up] their baby for months either, it’s a process so give her a break,” another person wrote. “Royals are humans too.”
